Contact Reflex Analysis, also known as CRA, is a simple safe, natural method of analyzing the body's structural, physical and nutritional needs through evaluation of strength and weakness at identified reflex points on the point that refer to organs, glands, systems. A deficiency in any of these areas could cause or contribute to various acute or chronic health problems. CRA is not a method of diagnosis but it is a means by which a health care professional uses the body's reflexes to accurately determine the root cause of a health problem.

Hundreds of miles of nerves carry electrical energy and connect with every organ,gland, muscle and tissue. There are approximately 75 known reflex areas on the skin which represent these various organs, glands and bone structures. It is believed that when the body becomes ill, there is an interruption of nerve energy to one or more of these reflexes. When tested using applied kinesiology (muscle testing), the reflex point will have a strong response (normal flow of energy) or a weak muscle response (deficiency).

Health Care Professionals are more and more recognizing that to support health for the body, good nutrition is imperative. We use CRA primarily to confirm the readings of the Aurastar/Biopulsar and to individualize the each client's nutritional program. When the Aurastar/Biopulsar is not available, CRA is an accurate way to assess the health of organs and systems and make recommendations for nutrition that are based on each individual's nutritional needs.
