If injured in a vehicular accident, have experienced a trauma or have chronic pain and injury, we recommend the following three interventions along with several products that may enhance the healing process:

Neural Organizational Work-The Fight/Flight System

A holistic physical and energetic medicine modality, based in applied kinesiology (muscle testing) which deals with our basic survival systems of fight/flight, feeding/immune and reproduction. The nervous system goes into a protective survival mode post trauma and stays there in an attempt to protect the body from further injury.

Muscle testing is done with the nervous system skin receptors to determine which receptors are "out" and the practitioner stimulates these skin receptors with a rubbing or pumping action to return the body/nervous system back to its original operating parameters. Correction is permanent unless you experience trauma in the future. Retesting can quickly be done after the flight/fight mechanism of the autonomic nervous system has been evaluated through muscle testing.

Neuromuscular Massage

A deep tissue massage using cross-fiber frictioning and trigger point therapy to release chronic pain and injury patterns and/or acute musculoskeletal injuries requiring deep tissue work after the initial inflammatory process is resolved.

Myofascial Release

A whole body treatment that involves a mild and gentle form of stretching of the fascial connective tissue. When an injury scars or hardens the fascia in one area, it can put tension on other areas of the body even some distance from the injured area, creating pain and structural imbalance. The goal of Myofascial Release is to release the fascial adhesions and restrictions through a sustained stretch in these areas that decreases/alleviates acute and chronic pain and improves structural balance.
